When can I book my classes?

This year, there will be no need to book classes. All classes on the main Fitness and Yoga stages will be open to all on a drop in basis. Just turn up and take part. (You will need your own mat for yoga & pilates classes).

You will need to book on to workshops in order to guarantee a spot. This can only be done on the day of the festival. Just pop over to the workshop area and ask to sign up to your preferred session. There will be limited spaces so get in there quickly!

How do I book my children on to classes?

The House of Fun Kids Zone will be open for bookings on the day of the festival. You can book your kids in for a 2 hour session for the price of £10 per child. They will be fully looked after and entertained. Visit our Kids Zone page for more info.

The majority of our classes and workshops will be suitable for children. This will be indicated on the final timetable. Just bring your kids along to the classes you want to attend or sign them up to the workshops along with yourself.

When can we arrive?

You can arrive from 9.30am on the Saturday. The festival officially begins at 10am with an opening surprise and the first classes and workshops will kick off at 10.15am

Is there parking?

Free parking is available on the day at the festival.

Can I buy multiple adult tickets?

Yes, you can buy as many tickets as you like. On arrival, you simply need to give your name at the gate and you will receive the correct number of entry wrist bands for the number of tickets purchased under your name. If you do not plan on arriving with the people you have bought tickets for, it may be best for them to buy them under their own name.

When does the festival finish?

The festival finishes at 8pm. All of the classes and workshops will come to an end by 6pm but there will still be music, food and a bar for you to enjoy until 8pm.

Will there be other things to do?

Yes, there are lots of workshops to attend in between classes and talks in the Tipi. There is an outdoor gym to play in, food vendors, stalls to shop at, a massage corner and activities for everyone to do.

I can’t arrive when the festival starts, is this ok?

Yes, you are welcome to arrive whenever you wish, though it is best to arrive as early as possible in order to book yourself in to workshops.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No, please do not bring your own alcohol to the festival. We are trying to support local businesses.

Can I bring my own food?

If you’d like to bring extra snacks and drinks to the festival please ensure they fit in a rucksack. There will be plenty of food available from our local, Oxfordshire based food vendors.

Is there an age limit for children?

Children 12 and under can come on a free ticket with an appropriate adult. Classes and workshops appropriate for children will indicated on the timetable and parents will be responsible for their children.

Are there showers?
