Massage with Martin

Martin offers Soft Tissue Therapy, including Muscle Energy techniques and Trigger point Therapy alongside Dry Cupping. He will also offer remedial exercise and stretching advice.
After initial assessment he will decide with the client the best route to restore function and pliable muscle, increase mobility and make you feel better. This may include all of the above or just one element.

Massage with Nicola

Nicola is a certified Soft Tissue Therapist with a Level 5 Diploma from the Oxford School of Sports Massage. She specialises in Sports Massage with advanced techniques which include Muscle Energy Techniques, Soft Tissue Release and Neuromuscular Techniques.

Nicola is a considerate and empathetic therapist who advocates using these techniques to help reduce tension, relieve pain and rehabilitate injury. She may also recommend using appropriate stretches and exercises to improve postural awareness and help to address muscular imbalances identified. Nicola is a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage.
