Staying active is so important for our health, particularly as we get older. Gentle cardiovascular and strength training is crucial in order to keep your heart healthy, maintain blood pressure and prevent bone weakness. This 8 week course is designed for people 60 years and older. It takes place outdoors in the fresh air of Collins Farm. Exercises will focus on strength, core stability, flexibility and gently developing cardiorespiratory fitness. Throughout the 8 weeks you should see marked improvements in your movement, balance, strength and overall fitness.
Booking on to this course entitles you to attend all 8 of the weekly training sessions. Unfortunately clients will not be refunded if they are unable to make a class, but if any classes are cancelled or postponed by Fitness At The Farm, you will be entitled to a partial refund for the session(s) missed.
