A 45 minute bootcamp At The Farm designed for those at the beginning of their fitness journey. The class will involve a mix of activities to help grow your confidence as well as your strength and fitness. You will get to use the farm as your training ground, using tyres, logs, rocks and more to give you a workout with a difference.
