An early morning workout with the awesome Jenny Eeley to kick start your week.

Jenny’s Bootcamps are a mix of cardio and strength training, designed to get you moving. You’ll leave the class feeling exhilarated and energised…and maybe a little bit achey, but ready to take on the week ahead.

Gloves are required as you may be sharing some equipment. If you turn up without a booking or without gloves* I’m afraid that I will not be able to allow you to join the class. See below for further COVID based Health & Safety Guidelines.

Strict health & safety procedures will be enforced in light of the continuing threat of Covid-19. Please make sure to read the updated page HERE before coming to class. Key points to note are below:

  • YOU MUST BOOK ALL CLASSES IN ADVANCE VIA THE WEBSITE
  • YOU MUST WEAR YOUR OWN GLOVES
  • YOU MUST KEEP 2M DISTANCE FROM OTHERS AT ALL TIMES

From 29th March classes will be capped at 30 people. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so 24hrs before the class to allow me to offer your place to someone else. I cannot offer refunds for cancellations at any stage, but I can rebook you on to another class of your choosing if you cancel with up to 24hrs notice.
