The 45 minute bootcamp on Monday mornings At The Farm designed for those at the beginning of their fitness journey. The class will involve a mix of activities to help grow your confidence as well as your strength and fitness. You will get to use the farm as your training ground, using tyres, logs, rocks and more to give you a workout with a difference.
The 45 minute bootcamp on a Thursday is suitable for people of all levels who would like an intense workout in their lunch hour.
