Car Tyre Fitness is a fun, dynamic 45 minute workout using simply a car tyre. With endless possibilities and combinations, no workout will ever be the same as the last. You will challenge your cardio fitness, increase your upper and lower body strength as well as growing your core strength and stability. All with one piece of equipment.

- YOU MUST BOOK ALL CLASSES IN ADVANCE VIA THE WEBSITE
- YOU MUST KEEP 2M DISTANCE FROM OTHERS AT ALL TIMES
From 29th March classes will be capped at 30 people. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so 24hrs before the class to allow me to offer your place to someone else. I cannot offer refunds for cancellations at any stage, but I can rebook you on to another class of your choosing if you cancel with up to 24hrs notice.
