4 weeks of Mandala Vinyasa Yoga with the gorgeous Abi King

60 minutes every Wednesday morning at 07:00

A playful and dynamic practice, moving 360 degrees around the mat! Working with the four elements – earth, water, fire and air – This graceful vinyasa style moves through a sequence of strong asanas and inversions prioritising breath to movement and working on a particular target area in the body that corresponds to a specific element. Expect to explore all four corners of the yoga mat in a circular and balanced flow.

Booking on to this course entitles you to attend all 4 of the weekly training sessions. Unfortunately clients will not be refunded if they are unable to make a class, but if any classes are cancelled or postponed by Fitness At The Farm, you will be entitled to a partial refund for the session(s) missed. Once booked, we cannot refund you for the course if a cancellation is requested less than 5 days within the start date. If there are 5 days or more before the start date and we are able to fill your space, we may be able to offer a full refund for cancellation.
