Experience Barre with Katie Johnson of Barre Set: a blend of Pilates, Yoga and strength training moves. Katie will be running Barre here at the farm every Monday for 6 weeks. The class is low impact, focusing on a flow of high repetition exercises that are designed to exhaust the muscle to leave you feeling longer, leaner and stronger. The class also includes a stretch sequence to help improve flexibility and help bring calm to your day.
Weights and bars are provided so all you need is your mat (spare mats are available if you don’t own one). The class is suitable for beginners. Please let us know if you have any injuries before class and arrive 5 mins before class starts.
Classes will take place in the Tipi so please remember to wear layers as it can be chilly, but you should warm up quickly during class. Water is available on site, though we recommend that you bring your own bottle to fill up for hygiene and environmental reasons.
