4 weeks of Rocket Yoga with the gorgeous Abi King

A light hearted, fast-paced and dynamic style of yoga that combines power and play. Said to be the yoga that gets you there quicker, Rocket yoga is great for building strength and advancing your practice. Based on the primary and secondary series of Ashtanga sequences, Rocket encourages you to be playful when moving through more challenging asanas. Expect plenty of opportunities to work on arm balances and inversions – or not, if that’s not in your practice – with lots of core work, hip openers, forward bends and spinal twists!

4 weeks of Mandala Vinyasa Yoga

Booking on to this course entitles you to attend all 4 of the weekly training sessions. Unfortunately clients will not be refunded if they are unable to make a class, but if any classes are cancelled or postponed by Fitness At The Farm, you will be entitled to a partial refund for the session(s) missed. Once booked, we cannot refund you for the course if a cancellation is requested less than 5 days within the start date. If there are 5 days or more before the start date and we are able to fill your space, we may be able to offer a full refund for cancellation.
