At 10.45 – 11.15am every Saturday in January we will be hosting a free taster class for anyone who would like to try out Fitness At The Farm before coming to a full session. You will get to take part in a short circuits/bootcamp style session where you’ll find out what it is like to flip/lift/pull/drag/jump through tyres and crawl around in a muddy field.
Anyone is welcome*, no matter your fitness level or experience. You are entitled to one free taster session per person.
