The Mediterranean Diet

Learn about one of the healthiest, tastiest and most nutritious diets in the world. The mediterranean diet is about more than just food; it’s about sharing meals with family & friends, it’s about the love and effort that goes in to the cooking process, and it’s about finding passion and joy in your food.
We will enjoy 3 delicious dishes, learn to make pasta from scratch and learn how to get the most incredible flavours from the most simple ingredients.
The price includes all the lovely food prepared and served throughout the evening with wine to pair (non-alcoholic drinks also available).
These evenings are suitable for anyone (16 or over) who is interested in learning more about cooking and nutrition, no matter your level of experience.
The evening starts at 19:00 in the Tipi.

Cancellations that occur 2 weeks or more before the event may be entitled to a full refund. Any cancellations within 2 weeks of the event will not be refunded.
