4 weeks of Vinyasa Flow Yoga At The Farm with the fantastic teachings of the gorgeous Em Learner
Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. It is slightly more energetic than Gentle Flow yoga, but is still suitable for any level of fitness. The beauty of Yoga is that you can move at your own pace based on your own abilities. Em will be able to provide adaptations to make things easier or more advanced depending on your confidence and experience.

Booking on to this course entitles you to attend all 4 of the weekly training sessions. Unfortunately clients will not be refunded if they are unable to make a class, but if any classes are cancelled or postponed by Fitness At The Farm, you will be entitled to a partial refund for the session(s) missed. Once booked, we cannot refund you for the course if a cancellation is requested less than 5 days within the start date. If there are 5 days or more before the start date and we are able to fill your space, we may be able to offer a full refund for cancellation.
