Ale’s classes combine freedom that comes from exploration of fluidity and stability in the movement with the exploration of yogic philosophy and lifestyle. They involve flowing yet challenging yoga Vinyasa Krama / Mandala sequences aimed at building balance of strength and flexibility, exploring the key principles of yogic lifestyle and developing a compassionate attitude towards ourselves and others.

They are suitable for everyone*, regardless of age, ability or level of fitness and flexibility.

(*Unfortunately currently not suitable for pregnant ladies in their first trimester.)
