Tuesdays 18.00: Yoga with Em
The beauty of Yoga is that you can move at your own pace based on your own abilities. Em will be able to provide adaptations to make things easier or more advanced depending on your confidence and experience.
As the nights become colder we recommend that you wear plenty of layers, warm socks and possibly bring your own blanket. Em will keep you as warm as possible with a mix of energetic and gentle flow.
There are mats, blocks, straps and yoga blankets available to borrow. All of these will be sanitised before and after use. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own to make things even more Covid – Secure.
