Tuesdays 18.00: Gentle Flow Yoga
Thursdays 18.15: Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. It is slightly more energetic than Gentle Flow yoga, but both are suitable for any level of fitness. Gentle Flow yoga will focus on slower and more controlled movement and flexibility.
The beauty of Yoga is that you can move at your own pace based on your own abilities. Em will be able to provide adaptations to make things easier or more advanced depending on your confidence and experience.
