Instructor: Ale Manning

Ale teaches using Vinyasa style, exploring the fluidity and stability of movement. Her classes are challenging yet relaxing and her philosophy is inspirational: you will come away from her classes feeling positive, peaceful and well worked.

Instructor: Scott Reed
Scott graduated as a physiotherapist in 2006 and then moved to Australia. He worked in major hospitals across Australia becoming a specialist in neurological rehabilitation and gaining a postgraduate certificate. As a keen triathlete, he has used strength training and yoga to improve his performance and remain injury free. Since returning to the UK in 2016 Scott began to focus on yoga as his primary activity and trained as an instructor. His teaching aims to help you learn how to use your movement to protect and strengthen your body.
