45 MINUTE BLAST CLASSES
MONDAYS 06:30 – Morning Blast is an early morning, 45 minute class designed to get you buzzing for the day. Martin and Leah will put you through your paces using car tyres, weights and more. You will challenge your strength and endurance and get pumped up for the day ahead.
TUESDAYS 18:30 – Car Tyre Fitness is a fun, dynamic 45 minute workout using simply a car tyre. With endless possibilities and combinations, no workout will ever be the same as the last. You will challenge your cardio fitness, increase your upper and lower body strength whilst growing your core strength and stability. All with one piece of equipment.

FRIDAYS 17:30 – Blast in to the Weekend is a high intensity interval class to round off your week. Unwind from work with 45 minutes of stress busting cardio and strength work.
