A fun and energetic circuits class held in the open air at Collins Farm, suitable for any level of fitness. Every class is different and you will experience a full bodied workout. We tend to start the class with an optional jog to warm up (of any length you like) and then after some dynamic stretching, go in to a series of functional movement stations that will challenge you whilst growing your strength and fitness. They include cardio resistance, strength & conditioning and core stability. The beauty of circuits is that you can go at your own pace, everyone is focused on their own workout and no one is concerned with what you are doing. Some people will choose to take things slower, others will go as hard as possible – I encourage both approaches, so long as you listen to your body, enjoy yourself and challenge yourself each time.

Gloves are recommended (but no longer mandatory) as we will be sharing equipment during circuits and it can be more comfortable to handle wet or muddy equipment with gloves.

You must book your place in advance and if you turn up without a booking I’m afraid that I will not be able to allow you to join the class.

We are now introducing Sunday morning Circuits at 9am. These sessions will be just like regular circuits and the instructor will change on a weekly basis. Some Sundays are allocated as Charity Sunday Specials which you will need to book here as all proceeds from these events goes to a chosen charity.

PLEASE NOTE: Some Sundays will be allocated for special events such as Fire & Ice or Yoga Retreats so we will not be hosting circuits on those days.

NB: Dogs are present on the farm so if you are adverse to dogs please be aware that they may be around during your stay. There are no other animals (other than wildlife such as deer, hare and birds of prey) on the farm.
