Discover the benefits of a post workout hot and cold therapy experience. Lucy Weaving will take you through a 30 minute small group training session. Then you will join Leah in the sauna corner for a chance to unwind for 20 minutes in the sauna before experiencing a short cold immersion session in the cold bath.
We will finish off the experience by warming up our bodies with a final bit of movement and some hot drinks.

Sauna and ice baths are both great tools for recovery and overall health.
