Small Group Training is a chance to experience a more personalised form of training here at the farm. These classes will build your strength and conditioning with a focus on form and technique. You will benefit from hands on help and training from Leah & Jenny. These more focused classes allow you to receive more personalised attention, training and advice to enable safe growth in your strength and fitness development.

Each class is limited to 5 people. Members can book for free as part of their membership package.

These smaller and more personal classes are limited to 5 people. If you are unable to make a session, please give as much notice as possible. No classes are eligible for a refund, but classes cancelled within 24 hours of the start time can be rebooked.
